I have not received food after doing online payment and delivery guy was very rude he denied to deliver order and switchoff the phone. Cafe owner denied to reorder my food. As he said cancel your order you will get refund. Very unprofessional behavior and I am not ordering again from this app.

Veg and non veg items packed in same carry bag also non veg packet was spill and mix with veg items. I don't know its big cafe or home cloud kitchen but they can't afford 1 extra carry bag to pack veg items separately . 😮‍💨
