I recently tried the balushahi from Mishtii Mukh and was blown away by the amazing taste. The use of desi ghee added a richness to the dish that made it stand out from others I have tried. The texture was perfect, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I highly recommend trying this dish from Mishtii Mukh, their unique take on traditional balushahi will definitely leave you wanting more. Overall, a fantastic experience with great flavours.
