I recently dined at Shivshankar Kulfi and Ice Cream where I was thrilled to find a variety of gluten-free options. The special dry fruit falooda was a standout with its rich and creamy texture. As someone who prefers gluten-free meals, I was impressed with the range of options available. In addition, the taste of the dishes was outstanding.
