Their specialty & a staple food of goan's.. It was packed with authentic flavors, was served warm, had a tangy taste too.. No oil floating on top, healthy & delicious..

Also known as poha papad.. We call it ठसका पापड cha.. खाल्ल्याचं क्षणी ठसका नाही लागला तर तोह ठसका पापड कसला.. मस्त होता. किती पण ठसका येउदेत पापड खायचा मोह काही आवरत नाही!
