I recently tried the Indori Poha at Amhi Pohekar and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors of the dish were spot on and the texture of the poha was perfect. But what really stood out to me was the quality of the ingredients used - everything tasted incredibly fresh. I also appreciated how the portion size was just right, not too big or too small.
