The delivery coordinator was very rude, although a detailed address was provided, he was arguing that he didn't get proper coordinates of the location, this was purely the fault of your application or the Delivery person. He refused to deliver the food at my address I had to walk towards his location instead, it is very hot outside and, the food was cold and the beverage became hot till I received my order. Besides his explanation of his behavior was that "he had argued with many customers from the morning". This is not at all expected from the delivery person and I am disappointed with this behavior and food condition. Kindly take action against this inconvenience. I want my refund back.
