Validity
• Valid for all days the store is open. Prior reservation recommended.
Points to remember
• In light of the government advisory, dining services may be affected, Please contact the restaurant before visiting.
• Not valid on special days and public holidays like 14th Feb, 24th Dec, 25th Dec, 26th Jan, 15th Aug, 31st Dec, 1st Jan.
• As per government COVID guideline, store timings may vary based on local covid restrictions. Voucher redemption after a certain time will be completely at the merchant's discretion. Please confirm with the merchant before redeeming.
• Vouchers might not be applicable on discounted bills/products OR on any ongoing offers.
• Incidental redemption will not be refunded.
• Not valid for takeaway and home delivery order.
• Ongoing cashback will not be applicable on bills where voucher is used. Only grace amount depending on the bill size will be rewarded.
• In case of dispute or non-availability of seating, the Manager is authorized to take the final call.
• Not valid on public holidays, special occasions and festival days (Please check while making reservation).
• Voucher amount is inclusive of all taxes and service charges.
Refund
• Refundable vouchers, If not redeemed OR expired, can be exchanged for points within 15 days of purchase.
