Nice Hotel with all basic Facilities. Location is very good...Kasba Ganpati is 14mins walk from the Hotel. Many food outlets as well as street food stalls nearby the Hotel Vicinity. You can order outside food as they don't have inhouse Food facility. Intercom, TV, AC were working good. Hot water was constant...Overall good hotel

I stayed for a night in Oct'22. Just had time to have 4-5 hours of sleep, however, was able to sleep only for couple of hours. (because I was tired.) Reason: The bedsheets and pillows were stinking of sweat, oil, dust what not. I am NOT exaggerating, see the photos. Smell was hitting the nose so much that it pained. Just because the rooms are economical, you shouldn't place the customer in this kind of a room. Breakfast included is also not true. Night fellow was ok, but a senior person in the morning was so rude, I was shocked and quietly left the place. Please DON'T stay in this hotel, it is NOT worth it.

When I  ask for a water bottle in night then they told me that our service are closed so that you have to came down and take water bottle from reception . I don't understand that is their the service they are giving to their customers. When I check in they don't give me necessary things like soap and toothpaste  when I ask to give me from my room again they told me to came down and take from reception because we don't I staff write now. Personally I never recommend any to stay in this hotel because their services are 3rd class I really don't like their services, if get another chance to come pune then I will never ever came to this hotel

Booked in hurry, and while reaching hotel i recived MSG that owner changed your property location?

What was that? Where should i run in that late night for stay? Is this fair?

After this, when i reached at hotel that reception guy, he was not even in mood to listen that i have booking here, he simply said talk to customer care? But why????

This is not the way to treat customer, worst experience ever

Take strict action against that guy, this was really disappointing.

When called to check for confirmation, the hotel asked for a higher price than OYO.

Pathetic.

Shouldnt keep your property at OYO if prices are not agreeable.

Worst experience because of owner behaviour, rude talk and insulted me and not given room even after booking as well and no refund by OYO. And after writing reviews they are sending apologies and saying to escalates the issue which you never get response from OYO why they are cheating their customers and why they looted money by their hotel agents. Please avoid to use OYO for booking. And please never visit Karishma hotel in your life.
