I have been using Humpy Farms milk for sometime now and I am really happy with the quality. It tastes fresh and natural. The quality and hygiene standards are good and delivery is also usually on time. Would definitely recommend it.

Quality of milk is good. I ordered farm fresh milk and buffalo milk and found both of them to my satisfaction. I ordered from their app and the milk was delivered in a nice glass bottle early morning.

I’ve been buying Hampy A2 Milk for the past 2 years, and the quality has always been excellent. The milk is pure, fresh, and consistent in taste. I really appreciate their reliable service and hygienic packaging. It’s one of the best milk brands I’ve used — highly recommended for anyone who prefers natural and fresh milk daily!

I have tried A2 cow and buffalo milk by humpy farms. Both are of good quality and taste. Their service is also hassle free. They also provide us the lab test results time to time.

Love the quality of their Cow milk and the milk especially made for tea and coffee. We have tried their cheeses also and really loved them! But I really wish they start deliveries in Mumbai soon. Their stocks get over very soon on the apps and then it gets difficult to get their products.

If I had an option of giving zero stars I would have given that, I have been a customer for more than a year now and have complaint multiple times about deliver person who keeps ringing the bell multiple times and asks us to give the milk bottles back even when they are not empty, he asks us to empty the bottle in a container. I raised the issue multiple times over the period of more than 3 months and was assured every time that the delivery person has been advised to not disturb you and how sorry they are for inconvenience. And the issue continued. Today again the same issue happened and I asked to talk to the manager of the delivery person, to my surprise the manager nor the delivery person was even aware of the multiple complaints which I had raised. The only reason currently have to continue with the milk is I already have paid for the subscription, I would like to stop the service once the subscription is over, this has been a very disappointing experience. BTW we had no issue with the Milk, but customer service is worst then terrible as they keep saying sorry for inconvenience, assuring that the action has been taken but ZERO efforts taken to help customer and resolve issue.

Worst post sales service!! We have been their customer since the very beginning of their venture. Even if your wallet has money they don’t deliver milk. They don’t bother to notify us to recharge also. Always come up with stupid excuses. Repeat offenders after promising they’ll improve

I am fully satisfied with the quality of milk provided by Humpy farms. Also the delivery is on time, Milk is provided in glass bottles which is again environmental friendly. Thanks to the management of Humpy farms and wish you best of luck for New Year. Thanks

Look at the packaging what they sent , it's like a very old and looks like no check on outgoing pouches , it was simple visual check that too also missed.

How can we trust inside milk ?

Collecting such a premium price with worst service , when you highlight issue to customer case number we get surprising answers like it's because ink fading away

We will never buy Humpy milk again. Had a lot of expectation after seeing them on Shark Tank but it is "Unchi dukan fike pakwan." Tried 4-5 times each time with expectation that next time it will be better but it always felt bad quality milk. Seems there is no quality check or they are just running after profit.

One of the best quality pure cow milk. We really enjoyed the taste and can taste the difference. Thank you for your service!

Never buying from them again!

Back in my village, just a drop of lemon is enough to curdle milk.
But here, even after adding a whole lemon and boiling it for 30 minutes, the milk didn’t curdle. This makes me question the quality of the milk.

Milk is good, but color on packaging comes off easily so have to be careful when pouring milk out of the packet. Package color particles can also get into milk. Need improvement in packaging especially print on the packet.

Changing my review due to extremely well organised customer care.

The white substance has been handed over to Humpy Farms teams for their further study and research. I hope we will keep getting good quality ghee in the future.

We had ordered this 5L ghee considering the huge popularity it gained. However, I am very disheartened to find this white substance at the bottom. While the jar was filled there were liquid ghee but as we started consuming and when reaching the bottom all the white matter accumulated… this is disgusting and disheartening!!!

I am extremely impressed with the quality and purity of the milk. It has a fresh, clean taste that clearly reflects its high standard of hygiene and processing. The consistency is perfect—rich yet light—and there’s no artificial aftertaste, which assures me of its natural purity. It’s a delight to use it in tea, coffee, and even for drinking plain. Truly excellent milk that I can trust for my family’s health. Even the paneer is soft and fresh. Ghee too has a natural aroma of purity. Thank u Humpy farms ❤️

I had placed an order for Mangoes, and clearly mentioned not to put over ripe mangoes as it needs to be shipped to Chhattisgarh, to which they agreed and sent me the best over ripe mangoes they could find hand picked and shipped it to me for 1800/- bucks . Bravo! and then the audacity to say it must be due to weather and transportation. which mango gets this bad in 4 days? they are not ready to accept their mistake what a cheat.

Good quality milk and ghee. Timely and seamless delivery experience. Looking forward to visit the farm in couple of months.

Product is good . But Irresponsible delivery and customer care System .and worst part is they deduct money and won’t deliver and you have to call 10 times to remind them about refund... due to that we may have switch this brand with other one in coming future ..pathetic customer care..
