I had a fantastic experience with this computer shop! They repaired my laptop immediately and with great accuracy. The staff was incredibly supportive throughout the process, making sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. I had given CPU for repair with clear request that I need to repair it on priority due to kids online classes, the gentleman promised me that he will check what's the issue & let me know the solution & cost next day. Unfortunately I didn't received any response from the store & I had to call & check the status. He asked for one more day as the courier delayed the parts delivery, I said ok. Next day the lady from the store called & informed me  that it will cost @ ₹ 800-900, take one more day to repair as they do not have parts. Due to urgency of repair I had taken back the CPU from him without repair & taken it other store. There I got to know that the condition of CPU is worsen further & entire mother board is damaged and the repair cost is @ ₹ 6000. Really very poor customer service by Global Computer Services.
