Really a good store of lenskart. Less crowded than other stores. No waiting time for eyecheckup on Saturday evening. Friendly staff. Had bitter experience with Satara road store and explained the issues with this store, they prescribed the correct power and measurements. Prespescription is super comfortable. Will recommend this store over any other lenskart store in Pune.

Kiran, one of the best executive with great customer service skills. He's technically Good that he knows exactly what to suggest each customer. Definitely would highly recommend this store for good collection than other lenskart store and Kiran for his amazing gesture. Keep up the good work!

I landed at this store just one day before flying abroad, and honestly, I wasn’t even sure I’d find the right sunglasses in time. I was just kind of staring at the shelves, feeling a bit overwhelmed, when the salesperson Farah came over to help. She really listened to what I was after and didn’t just push whatever was trendy. She gave great suggestions and made the whole thing fun instead of stressful. You could tell she actually cared about helping me find something that fit my style and face perfectly. She helped me pick out a pair that I absolutely love and that I would have probably walked right past. The store itself has a great variety, and it felt welcoming.. like they actually cared that I left with something I’d wear a lot. Big shout-out to Farah for all the help.
