I recently visited Croma Moshi to buy an air conditioner, and my experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The store itself is well-maintained, with a good display of electronics and appliances, and in general, the staff is helpful. I ended up purchasing an LG 3-star AC, and I’m quite happy with the product so far.

However, during my visit, the first salesperson I interacted with was a bit too pushy. Initially, he was suggesting an IFB AC, and I was genuinely considering it. But after a while, it started to feel like he was trying to force the product on me, ignoring my preferences and questions. It got to a point where it became uncomfortable, and that’s when I decided to walk away from the IFB option entirely—more because of the way it was being pitched than the product itself.

Luckily, I then spoke to another staff member, who was much more balanced and respectful in his approach. He explained the features of various models clearly and didn’t pressure me. That conversation helped me confidently choose the LG AC, and the billing and delivery process after that was smooth.

Overall, Croma Moshi is a good store with a decent range of appliances, but I’d suggest being firm if you feel pushed by any salesperson. A little patience can lead you to someone who genuinely wants to help.

I went to buy a phone from Croma (Moshi) store and he told me the offer which included extended warranty on Phone
I told him I'm not interested in extended warranty so told me if you want the phone you have to buy extended warranty or else we won't bill it

Such behaviour is not expected from croma
To whomsoever it may concern please note this if customer is not interested in extended warranty please avoid selling him

We are not here to complete the sales man target but to buy product

Croma Moshi is very poor service shop.
As I buy new fridge from this shop and within 1 week having problem . We have go to shop and told them the complaint . They told within 72hr will attend and solve the issue ..
Now 2 weeks are gone till now the fridge company (Whirlpool) team not attended the issue as well from Croma there is no any assistance given..

As any customer go to buy any thing they talk very lovely manner and very nice welcome but once you buy from them any product of any company they are giving very poor service..

Whirlpool fridge is very famous company in fridge but there service is also very poor…

So, request to all Indians to before buy of purchase  from any Croma shop in India and  Whirlpool product ( Fridge) think 100 times ..

I purchased a 1-ton AC from Croma last year and also paid extra for a service pack, expecting hassle-free service. Unfortunately, this has been the worst decision.
I have called customer care and visited the store many times over the past year to request servicing, but not even once was the service provided. Every time, I was given false assurances, but no technician ever visited.
Paying for a service pack and still not receiving a single service is unacceptable. This shows complete negligence towards customers. This is the worst service experience I have ever faced, and I will think twice before purchasing anything from Croma again.

When buying heavy appliances in the store, make sure to do your own research on different models and features and not depend on salesman to explain the features. In many of the models they will claim features that don't exist when you get that model delivery at home after buying.

I bought an IFB top load washing machine last month, and I wanted to buy a Samsung one which had more modes and programs. But the salesman lied to me saying the IFB model comes with inbuilt water heating features and water filter, so I paid extra 4k to get the IFB model over Samsung. Once the washing machine was delivered to my home, I learnt from my installation guy it has neither heating nor water filter inbuilt. I basically paid 4k extra for a worse model than Samsung for far less features. At this point the washing machine is already installed so I cannot do anything now but I request buyers not not trust the salesmen at all, they will lie through the roof to sell appliances that aren't selling.

Issues with Croma's own brand of products....ever worst service by croma moshi..They are treated very badly...once they sell the goods, they have nothing to do with it...they just sell the goods and then they have nothing to do with it....ever bad store in Pune ....They cannot fulfill the promises they made...from last 1 month I following my issue with them on washing machin ...and in return they give only dates... nobody have the guts to solve the issue.... Whenever I called them every time they asking me about my issue ....the process is at zero level ...they don't have next step... customer satisfaction is at zero level ...👍🙏

I purchased a Croma brand portable AC on EMI from Croma on 14th March 2025. Unfortunately, the product turned out to be a complete disappointment.

Within just 3 months:

The air flap broke on its own without any mishandling.

The AC started making unusual loud noises while running.

The cooling performance dropped significantly – it was barely effective.

The product clearly lacked durability and quality.

I raised a complaint with their service team multiple times, but no one responded. Eventually, I had to personally visit the Croma store, and only after that did they send a technician.

When I requested a replacement, I was told there is a lengthy and confusing process. They informed me that the refund would take 45 days, and the down payment I made would take 7 days to be returned.

The service center experience was also extremely poor — the staff was uncooperative and seemed disinterested in resolving my issue. Their after-sales support is completely unreliable and unprofessional.

During the purchase, they promised smooth service and full support — but my actual experience has been frustrating and stressful.

💔 I would strongly advise others to avoid Croma portable ACs and be very cautious about purchasing from Croma in general. Their products may look promising, but the after-sales service is absolutely pathetic.

I recently visited Croma Moshi and purchased a Samsung A56. After setting up the phone, it automatically locked for 24 hours and went into a reboot loop. I submitted the phone for 24 hours; they erased my data and repaired it. When I asked for a replacement, they refused and behaved very rudely, even starting an argument with us.

Approximately 10 bays before I visited there to purchase AC the sales person is told me to buy Croma 1 ton split inverter AC at that time i asked about the service, He is told me don't worry sir we will ensure and provide the service after sale kindly whenever you need you can visit the store or you may call.

He is just request me to please give me 5 minutes to check and confirm by calling back to you but after that his contact number is continuously showing switch off till today.

I would never recommend buying from Croma Moshi. Their after-sales service is extremely poor. Once they sell the product, they simply stop caring about the customer. I’ve been trying to get support for my purchase, but no one responds properly. The staff keeps giving false promises and delays every time.
It’s very disappointing that a brand like Croma provides such unprofessional and irresponsible service. Please think twice before buying anything from this store — once your money is paid, you’re on your own.

This Croma store provided one of the most disheartening retail experiences I've ever had. Walking into the vast, brightly-lit space, I expected help, but was instead met with a shocking level of customer service apathy. For nearly twenty minutes, I felt like a ghost, desperately trying to get the attention of the numerous staff members scattered across the floor. They seemed intent on avoiding eye contact, engrossed in private conversations or busy fiddling with display models, yet never actually assisting a waiting customer. It's truly baffling how an electronics store can have so many employees and yet zero assistance available. When I finally cornered someone to ask about a specific air conditioner, their response was brief, unenthusiastic, and utterly unhelpful. This level of indifference and neglect is unacceptable, especially when considering a high-value purchase. If Croma can't even be bothered to attend to customers, they clearly don't value their business. I left the store completely frustrated and took my money to a competitor.

Approximately 8 month before I visited there to purchase AC the sales person is told me to buy Croma 1 ton split inverter AC at that time i asked about the service, He is told me don't worry sir we will ensure and provide the service after sale kindly whenever you need you can visit the store or you may call.
I m totally convinced and purchased the Croma AC recommended by sales representative overall product is good no doubt.
But now I have observed an issue there is water leakage and I have book 7 time service through customer care of croma and all the time without any solution they were cancelled the service and close the complaint.
Then I have decide to visit store . I have visited the store on dated 21.05.2025 there customer service representatives Mr Satish
and share all the details he is check with the system there is showing all 7 time service compliant and every time closed without any solution.
Then he is assured me don't worry sir I have just checked with my team and arrange one technician by tomorrow you can take my contact number and call me any working hours time.
On dated 22.05.2025 I didn't get any call and visit of any technician from croma then I called him at 5:34PM and update the same.
He is just request me to please give me 5 minutes to check and confirm by calling back to you but after that his contact number is continuously showing switch off till today.
