They are very helpful and courteous. They show you all the products and make it available if you want an other product.

Recently we purchased all the appliances from them and they gave us good deal. I would like to mention Mr Mukesh who worked with us and gave all in time deliveries. The product support was also top notch. They follow up in case of any product issue.

I strongly recommend Gayatri Electronics.

They posted a ad outside that online se bhi sasta(cheaper than online) so Visited the store to buy appliance..
Asked the price , sales person gave me much higher price than online..
So I showed him online price.. then he agreed to give me in same online price.. (not cheaper than online)

But that time I went there on bike ..
I told him that I wil come next day to purchase.. he said ok .
After two days later I went there to buy the product...
They started denying to give me the product for same price.. they asked more money under name of installation..
I Traveled almost 30 km to buy the product.. but they wasted my time & fuel...
One good thing happened in this because of they refused to give I visited another shop just 2-3km ahead of there store and I got same product of another brand (which is more reputed & much more premium) in more cheaper rate ..
So beware guys .. these people can't keep there words

I recently purchased a washing machine from Gayatri Electronics and I must say that the experience was fantastic. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and they provided me with all the information I needed to make an decision. The range of washing machines available was impressive and the staff were patient and took the time to explain the features and benefits of each one. Once i had made my choice, I wanted it as on Online Price which I was already checked on Other Online platform. Then the Owner is arrived at that point and he give me discount 😀. The delivery and installation process was seamless. The delivery team arrived on time and were very professional, and they had the machine up and running in no time. The after-sales service has also been excellent, with the dealer following up to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase and offering any assistance I might need. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and the service provided by Gayatri Electronics . I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new washing machine.

I recently purchased a product from Gayatri Electronics on Sinhagad Road, but within just a day, I realized it wasn't suitable for my needs.
