Our driver, Sachin Malwade sir, was excellent – very polite, professional, and most importantly, focused on safety throughout the journey. He drove smoothly and was very aware of road conditions, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Had a wonderful 2-day Mahabaleshwar trip with KP Travels. Everything was very well organized from pickup to drop. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and our driver Mr. Datta Kale was extremely polite, punctual, and knowledgeable about the local sightseeing spots.

All major attractions were covered without any rush, and the journey was smooth and stress-free. Special thanks to Datta Kale for making the trip safe and enjoyable with his professional driving and helpful nature.

I had terrible experience with K.P. Travels. My flight was early morning from Mumbai, I was supposed to leave at 1 am from Pune. An hour before leaving Pune, I called driver just to realise that he is not picking up the phone. Even after multiple calls no reply from him. Frustrated me, called the office number and they able to arrange the driver at last moment.
Later I realised that the driver was not paid to refill gas and fastag and hence he was not able to come.
Even after paying full in advance, I had to suffer these last moment surprises.

All I will say is, if you are looking for a peaceful travel service then KP travel isn't it.
Avoid at all costs.

They were quite quick in responding to us, especially as we had called to check with them only the previous night of our travel. They arranged for the car with a good price (what we thought) , arranged the car and the car was as per description along with a good driver Mahindra Bangade.  He drove well, not too slow neither fast, approximately knew routes and was silent (the main thing we wanted). Overall a good experience with KP travels. BTW we engaged them for our Astavinayak 2 days tour.

Excellent Mumbai airport to Pune Ride Experience -

Had a great experience traveling from the airport to Pune. The SUV provided was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Although I had booked a sedan, an SUV was arranged due to unavailability—without any extra charges, which was a pleasant surprise. The driver was courteous, professional, and made the journey smooth and enjoyable. Highly satisfied with the service!

I had a very bad experience with K.P Travels. I booked the cab three days in advance through WhatsApp. After receiving the quote, I asked for the cab photos and they shared a white Pune-passing tourist car. But on the travel day, a completely different private car arrived at 4 AM. It was not the car they showed in the pictures, and it was not even a proper tourist vehicle.

The driver’s behaviour was very unprofessional. He kept chewing gutkha and spitting during the journey. I had informed the company that I needed a same-day return, but the driver had no idea and thought it was a next-day return. It was also clear that he had not slept properly the previous night — he was sleeping while driving, and I couldn’t sleep at all because his driving was unsafe.

During the trip, the police stopped the car because it already had fines of around ₹15,000. The driver didn’t know how to answer them. Later I found out the car didn’t even belong to the company; it came through some other agents.

At the end of the trip, I told the driver I would pay the company directly after reporting the issues, but he refused and insisted I pay him first. Even the toll information was confusing.

My only expectation was honesty. If they don’t have the right car available, they should tell the customer instead of risking someone’s life with an unfit driver and an illegal private car. I stopped using Uber/Ola because of such issues, but sadly, I faced the same problem here.

Very disappointed. Not recommended at all.

My entire family is been using Airport pickup drop service last 2-3 years very good experience particular timely response. Cars are clean. Drivers are very decent & polite especially punctual about timings apart from that rates are affordable. Keep it up Team KP Travel.

Hired a cab from Pune to Mumbai Airport for my son who has confirmed to me that it was a very sweet experience.  Travel was comfortable and Driver Tushar was a nice and helpful guy. Inshort It has been a very good experience. We shall pleasingly use their services again whenever required.
