Worst service ever. Please avoid. Negative star.

The event was scheduled for 5:00 PM, but the decorator arrived at 5:30 PM just to start the decoration, ruining the entire timeline. On top of that, he asked us to cancel just 1 hour before the event, which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

He did not deliver the promised package and instead tried to decorate using whatever items he had available. There was no quality, no planning, and no professionalism. His behavior became so inappropriate that we had to call the police to handle the situation. He brought along a guy to create ruckus.

They send an inexperienced kid to decorate and take pictures, but the photos were absolutely useless and poorly done.

This service spoiled our baby shower, a once-in-a-lifetime moment. We were charged ₹8,000 for stress, chaos, and disappointment.

No quality, no commitment, worst service ever hired. They will spoil your big day. service. Pre promise everything and end up showing

Not recommend this service to anyone!
Incomplete decoration as the service provider doesn't even stand for the  commitment given in written over whatsapp and latter says this was not included in your package. Photography is pathetic, a kid takes the photos without any knowledge or skills.
Fake people I will never recommend this people for your special events.My interaction with Disney Events was terrible.

Very bad experience. Service is pathetic. Before confirming the planner  lady talk with you and agree to give everything and then in the name of decoration you only get balloons and other things they forget to bring. And in the end these people shout on us that you don't give your vehicle to bring  other things. Very unprofessional behaviour by owner and service provider. People are very arrogant. Spoil our mood and my son's bday. Not worth money.

Latter at the time of billing, owner and service provider doesn't even accept the mistake done by them or their people and dont give photos.

Very bad experience we had in my Ist baby birthday celebration, we had decided different designs and decoration and they did completely different and after asking complete money. Fake people I will never recommend this people for your special events. My interaction with Disney Events was terrible. The staff were impolite and the execution of the services was careless. Don't go with the photos. You will never get what you image for the special day. Please think twice before you select this

Extremely unprofessional and pathetic service.
They don’t provide what they commit.
They will make sure your event won’t start on time.
For my kids first birthday they even don’t had spelling balloons ready.

Strongly suggesting Don’t go the this Disney events. It’s real bad service

The team is so weird.
Please do not opt for the photo package my entire function was spoiled they make there ballon decorator take pictures who has no idea how to click anything. Its pathetic please do not go for full package its too too bad. Decor service is ok. But the staff is very unprofessional and irresponsible

Very bad service. Worst decoration, did not  finish decoration on time, did not gave half of things from package, photography is worse and after spoiling function and mood,  they say sorry...
