I trusted magical service as they resolved issue very well and also recommended to many about their service.

However I understand every time you call them, service engineer will come and find out some part damage...he will replace the part and demand around ₹ 2k to 2.5k irrespective of price of the part ( some time part is below ₹ 300). I am also doubting whether part change really required, but I am not having so there is a benefit of doubt.

By the way, this is normal practice of any service engineer including authorised 3rd party service engineer.

I would like to appreciate Mr. Sunil for the excellent repair service of my fridge, washing machine, microwave, and AC. He explained the problems clearly and completed the work efficiently. Overall, a very good service experience

I called Magical services for my Washing machine repairing.owner Mr. Ganesh Jadhav responded very well politely and understand my problem and sent Mr Sachin(he is also very polite) for home visit and he explained details about how problem occurs and which part is problematic and he took that part at workshop and sent the video of before and after work,,very simple but perfect professional style,,I m very satisfied about work and reasonable charges.

My fridge compressor burn during voltage pike in baner, so I have reached out Magical service for service after reading the reviews in Google.

They advice me to change the compressor with one year warranty and cost was reasonable. Even though there was delay due to unavailability of compressor in the market which is acceptable. They are professional, good quality and helpful.

Now the fridge is working good, prefect cooling and thanks to magical services.

Also I want to thank the technicans who has visited my home to diagnose the fridge, very professional guys. We really appreciate for your services. God bless you.

I found the contact number of Magical services on Google. Ganesh Jadhav answered my call in the morning and  by afternoon he came for an inspection. He solved my problem right away and completed the servicing too. He explained everything well and patiently answered my questions.
