I purchased two pairs of footwear from Kothrud store, the sandal/chappal was bit lose so went back next day, Manager Janaid gladly help to replace it by ordering another pair from different store, strangely that was also lose ! I went back to see if anything could be done , and to my surprise Junaid again helped by ordering smaller size that fit perfect !!! Amazing customer experience, thanks to Junaid and his team !
