Voucher RatingVery pathetic service, the box office person did not know how to use these gift cards. Asked me to wait for 2 minutes and made me wait more than 15 minutes. Didn't even say sorry. Had to register the complaint at their security counter where they wasted 15 more minutes. Eventually I had to use these vouchers online and pay an extra platform fee.
