Ordered this amazing and authentic family pack biryani bucket from Bong Biryani by Sadeep sir today and I can't believe that this isn't from early days' Dada Boudi of Barrackpore! The meat is cooked to the finest perfection, the spice balance bursts in your palate and the quintessential aloo melts in your mouth (really this good, bojhano jabe na shottyi ato shobdo likheo 🥹😋♥️). The chicken chaap is another wonder - commendable in the spice and gravy consistency yet not rich, not with oil floating and making your fingers greasy afterwards. Thank you so much sir for "dum"-ing us this hearty and wholesome pot of happiness! 🤩🙌🏻
