I’ve been working out at Gold’s Gym Ravet for about a year now. The gym itself is spacious, well-equipped, and the trainers are always around to help. This review is mainly for my trainer, Satish Ram. He’s been a solid support in my fitness journey. Very experienced and professional, and he focuses on what actually works for you instead of generic routines. While workout tips and diet plans are easily available online these days, experience makes the difference. Satish understands your strengths, what muscle groups need work, and plans workouts accordingly. Good mix of strength training, functional work, posture correction, and proper rest. Fitness is a long-term thing, and he trains with that mindset. If you trust the process and stay consistent, you’ll definitely see the difference over time.
