I have bought a Rajesh sewing machine from shop named DP kolte. I have not received installation service and the machine is not matching/fitting into  the table below. Every time Rajesh machine tell us that the person will visit us and do the needful. Nothing has happened for correction so far. Every money got stuck in this purchase

The Owner and Co-workers are to much supportive. They exactly find your need and according to they suggest best options of Sewing machine.

Good experience, good product, supportive and helping staff

Very good quality products. Demo service at home was very very great. They made two visits for demo first for basics and second for advanced. This two visit demo helped me to get a total clarity about the function of my product as second visit cleared the mistakes I was making during the practice. Machine comes with many attachments which helps in doing many work. Automatic threader helps my mother in law to use the machine easily.

You all know that this does not deserve even a single star. I am fed up with calling them to repair my machine and listening to n number of reasons for not sending a mechanic. It's been a week I am calling twice a day but no steps taken. Wrong decision to choose this shop.

I am fed up with editing the feedback...I purchased a new machine three months ago which is not working properly. No action was taken even after calling multiple times. Very poor service provided by the shop. The only answer I get is please wait, the mechanic will come within two days. Please choose wisely.

I bought a new heavy duty umbrella machine last week from this place and it s not functioning properly within 2 days from day of purchase. I tried to reach out to for support but they are no response. And the staff is very non cooperative and they will not guide u correctly based upon our requirment but they will missguide u ,aiming of their sales.

Recently bought machine from Amazon in November 2021. Mr. Pathak who had visited for Demo of machine and gave detail demo. Very very nice person. Very helpful and having detail knowledge of supplied sewing machine.
Even assured contact anytime for any sort of queries.
Overall first impression of machine is very handy and easy to use for any new beginners.

Machine is very nice and easy to work. When my mother changed from ordinary machine to automatic machine, it was a major change for her. The demo session was conducted within two days of purchase. The demo person explained each and every detail very well. It was an overall quality learning experience.

The owner has a sweet tongue while selling the machine.But after sales service is pathetic.There are no professional service centers of the brand. The one the owner recommends are sort of agents which  sell the machine for the owner in that particular area.The staff and owner are very causal if issue occurs in machine. The owner most of the times will not pick up the phone.I would rather recommend to go with established brands such as usha janome. Buy at your own risk.
People please be aware he has replied here just to appear clean here. I have given this owner 403B machine bought from him which costs about 30000 Rs for repairing  and he has been giving reasons that part is not available for the machine  since last year and has grabbed the machine.
please be aware if you are buying online or offline  then if you have muscle power or can take the risk of approaching police then only go for this company.

Had a great experience. Helpful staff . Courteous and polite service. Mr Pathak who came to give demonstration of sewing machine was very calm composed and polite. Would recommend Rajesh sewing machine to all. Thank you.

I bought a sewing machine for my mother. It was a very bad experience. I wish there was 0 star for rating. After sales service is pathetic. I would recommend to look for other options.
They promise to send trainer to get you hands on with the machine and the trainer does not visit despite multiple follow ups with the trainer or owner.

They dont provide any assistance even if you face any mechanical issues.

I purchased Smart Art 403B model from them. Its an awesome machine. Their owner (Mr. Yogesh) personally explained all the features  which  was aptly followed up by Mr. Pathak who had come for home demo.. we had tried USHA earlier and there is a massive difference in the service provided by both the brands..

I've purchased their sewing machine with embroidery features about 10 years ago and love that it is compact. IIt' still in very good condition and I've had no issues at all. I recently list the needle threader attachment when shifting homes, but could get a replacement easily.

Worst place to visit , as the staff or don't know the owner named Manisha didnt have knowledge to how to speak with the customer,

I will recommend the consumers to visit Rajesh Swing Machine World. I bought automatic swing machine and have an excellent experience. Best products and best after sales services.

I bought a sewing machine from here. They also sell tiny toy sewing machine. I liked it a lot.
The machine which I bought worked well during demo. Now I have lost instructions about threading the needle. Mr. Pathak was very helpful in giving the demo.

We are fan of Rajesh sewing machine and replaced our 12 years old with a new one. Machine was delivered by Mr. Pathak. He also explained the different features of the machine and hand holded to check and use some of the feature.

I have stitch n style model machine. Got 1 yr back but fim 3rd moth only I started  getting problems Not at all satisfied with the product
Can't even perform basic functions properly. Every now n then I have to call for service.

*VERY VERY BAD & PATHATIC SERVICE experience with RAJESH CYLIA MACHINE COMPANY.. after sales service is very pathatic ... before buying machine RAJESH  give you excellent service.but once you buy it Nobody Response..in this company worker having no experience & rudely behavior .worker asking for servicing charges only..VERY VERY PATHATIC SERVICE ....i will give you feedback ZERO rating & Not give any refrence and if any body want to buy cylia machine so i will request to you please dont trust them & see other BRANDS..

Do not buy their own in-house branded sewing machine.. especially the interlock one ..the machine is falling apart ..the nuts and bolts just fall apart Everytime..within 5 minutes of putting it back..one of the parts from machine just falls off Everytime and my entire skirt got ruined..I called a repair guy.. as it was urgent ..but he said it was not repairable..I'll have to buy a new one..I just started my little own interests and because of this sewing machine I now have to suffer a loss and and have lost meters of fabric..this Is completely not acceptable.please if your are starting your own venture do not buy from them.
