One of best shops for purchasing laptops. Specially I would praise the owner Mr.Paresh, he himself handles your queries w.r.t your use of laptop, configuration, he not only gives good suggestion but also educate you to take informed decision while purchasing a laptop. The way he handles is outstanding, this is the difference between Laptech and other shops.

These people are cheaters. They are trying to cool people since they opened. Will recommend not going there at all. Mr. Vikram the owner I guess and few employees are the rudest people. These guys gave me a deal for an Asus laptop few days ago..while leaving they updated me to negotiate on the price given. and when I went to buy the same model they denied to negotiate and asked for more price. They aren't genuine. They are cheaters. Will request to rather go to any other shop than them

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL..!!!  The salesman is extremely rude, he misguides people. He first of all was not respecting the customers. I wanted DOS laptop , he told me DOS isn't available (in the model which I was buying) he told company don't sale DOS laptop and was fooling me. I went to another store it was all available with all of them.Also the model he shown was available at cheaper price at other places. The sales service is TOO POOR!
ONLY GO THERE IF YOU WANT TO FEEL DISRESPECTED!

FRAUD !! CHEATERS !! ARROGANT !!

This is the worst shop in Tilak Road selling Laptops. They sell all the duplicate laptops.
I purchased one in the month of May & since then I'm facing issues . But the shop owner is not taking any responsibility to help me. More over the Girl in this is worst ever receptionist. She is so so arrogant that u can't even discuss issues with your laptop. She doesn't know Even how to talk.... & Other people are also the same...

Terrible experience. Zero customer satisfaction. I regret giving them half a lakh for my laptop. Due to unavailability of Windows 10 they installed 8 and I am yet to get the updated version. Unhelpful arrogant staff. Irresponsible manager. Please do not buy from this place

If you are about to purchase Laptop, do visit once. If you have your requirement defined then you will get available options here. I have been visiting Tilak Road store since many years and bought Laptop for myself and my friends too.

Being Tech Savvy person, I also guide people seeking advice for buying Laptops and on Top of that Mr Paresh is the one who gives me perfect choice.

Recently I bought one more laptop (Lenovo) and gifted to my nephew. No doubt I spent more time than regular while choosing it and finally got the deal. My dynamic decisions were supported by the people with the only fact that it would fit in their "will do" or "can do" list.

Another person I interacted whole time was Miss Shraddha, who was providing me every bit of information soon I asked. She is full of energy and has lot of patience (as it took me time to review all possible facts and decide the one I could buy)

This is not my one time experience of course, however since years I never had an issue nor any of my friends I referred.

I would rate 5 with all my years of experience and thought this is the time to put mine one for all the efforts they take to make you happy and satisfied...

Bad service and worse staff ,  Yesterday i had buy laptop today i went for just re check about some screen issue the whole staff was not entertaining properly , even the senior manager was not supported.
before selling they was talking very sweetly and sportive but once billing done for them customers are nothing.

I went there to get my laptop serviced. Got big promises that they'd look into the problem and get back to me. Never called. After I called multiple times they gave me a generic reason for the issue I knew wasn't the case (claimed it was the charger when I had given them two, one brand new) then they said they would call me back regarding the availability of parts. Never did. Do not go there to service your laptop.

Laptech has a long  & tediuos process for Laptop replacement incase of faulty/defective laptops.I had received a faulty piece , and experienced delays after that in getting a replacement. I hope they make it simpler and prompt.They offer you good deals, but at a greater customer's risk.

My brother just bought a laptop from there , but after sales service is very poor and worst. They keep giving unsatisfactory answers to the customers after sale.

You will get all brands under one roof that to again with less price.

I just bought a new lenovo laptop a month ago.... the very next day the camera wasn't working but I thought I could change the settings and it would be fine but it didn't work out that way...since then I could not move out of the campus due to heavy schedule of my projects. And today I just visited to address two of my problems first, the camera of a brand new laptop doesn't work. Second, the laptop cannot be used for more that 4-5 hours continuous with the wifi and it get fluctuates and the screen becomes dark, blinks awful stuffs.

I told them about these issues but they could not address either of the issues. Instead, they asked me to visit Lenovo service centre (so frustrating with Laptect Solutions) who cannot solve this simple issue. They gave a lame excuse that if I had brought the laptop in 2-3 days from the purchase date, they would have replaced it (how clever the manager was but in a dirty way :( this dirty devil). I have one year warranty and I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service after they sold me a wrecked product and ignored me completely. Anyone who wants to buy any product from this shop, please be very careful, THE ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES!! WITH PIETY I RATE THEM ONE STAR.

After sales service is not good. Office staff are very rude. Worst experience of buying laptop from here. I won't buy any laptops from here in future and also I won't suggest this shop to anyone for buying laptop.

Really bad experience, I Got a laptop with faulty screen and it is taking forever to replace it.

After 4 weeks eventually service center guys told me that LAPTECH sold me a laptop with LCD screen from an old laptop. This is cheating at its lowest by a dealer.

I bought my Lenovo laptop from the store and really the laptop is very good the staff is very good highly knowledgeable buy the product which they are showing to the customer and which is better for the customer thank you Shraddha to helping me out for the best laptop of Lenovo

Purchased laptop worth 67k had issues with in a month.

Recently bought a laptop from this showroom and it was really good value for money. Owner is really very very cooperative

Worst experience. Arrogant staff. No costumer satisfaction. Gave laptop for servicing and recieved one with more issues. Destroyed the desplay.
