I wanted to try nikhara misal for a long time, so I decided this week to visit some place that serves nikhara misal so I googled and got some results zakkas misal was closer to my place than other places, so I decided to visit zakkas misal located in Sadashiv peth.
In the afternoon, I visited this place so there was not much hurry so I told the owner that I have a food page and I would like to make a video of you preparing nikhara misal. Owner is really friendly with me, he allowed me to take video, and he also mentioned that they don't get much business as they used to get because of lockdown.
Zakkas misal is itself serving authentic Kolhapuri misal owner preapre misal. I don't like spicy food, but I liked this one, I squizzed lemon on it and had some curd when I felt too spicy, it was an amazing experience. Misal was flavoured and spicy completely loved.
