I recently approached Parvez Bhai for a screen replacement on my device, and I must say the experience was exceptional. He took the time to explain the different types of aftermarket displays available, detailing their expected performance. Since I planned to purchase a new device, I decided against the original display, which would have cost me ₹17k.

Understanding my requirements, Parvez went above and beyond to source an original display from a wrecked phone that was in working condition. He charged me a very reasonable amount for it, showing his dedication to finding the best solution for his customers.

This guy, Parvez, is made different. I'll tell you why. I called him in the morning about my damaged phone and he asked me to bring it in next 30 mins, which I did. Promptly he asked me about the issues and opened up the phone and ran diagnostics. He informed me of all possible outcomes etc. Parvez spent almost all day just wrecking his brains to get my phone going. He also had to step out to get a circuit for the phone which he did on his own accord. He was hell bent upon fixing my phone problems so that he could deliver the phone on same evening. Unfortunately, the mobile was beyond repair, I can understand that. Late night he informed me and asked me to come collect it. After assembling was done, I offered to pay him for his troubles and hardships with my device. This dude declined!! He refused to take ANY MONEY! instead offered me some tea. He said and I quote 'if I am unable to solve my customer's concern, it is on Me! How can I charge when I haven't given you any solution to your problem?'
I was shocked and at loss of words. Anyone else would charge at least some amount to cover for the diagnosis, troubles etc, but like I said this guy is different. I admire his honesty and integrity! These qualities say a lot about a Man's character! I am sure he will rise in his business. I highly recommend this establishment to go to if you have concerns with your mobile device. I plan to be his regular customer irrespective of the outcome of my first visit. Trust is what drives his work.

I want to share my experience here .... I am very happy to say that if you want to get more quality work done in reasonable rate then it should definitely come……..most important thing is that Puri works sincerely and diligently and once the charges are taken, even if there is some other small work, then even after asking the charges are not taken... is very friendly nature and safe place for yourself and your mobile.

What a talented & honest the owner Parvej bhai is.. My phone dropped in water this morning, he did everything possible to recover it.. This man doesn't give up.. I was almost ready to even change my display out of desperation but he told me that he can recover the phone & he did it.. Charged me so modestly for his efforts.. Such a genuine person.. much recommended
