I visited Tien and the options they offer for those following a Paleo diet was great! The Katsu Tofu Pickled Carrots & Avocado Maki was especially good! The flavors of the pickled carrots and the creaminess of the avocado and silken tofu made for the perfect combination. I highly recommend this dish for anyone interested in Paleo diet-friendly options.
