They are just cheaters.  I wiSh i had checked their reviews before buying anything.  Forget about buying a mobile do not even think of buying even accessories. I got a screenguard for my mobile.  First they charged double the price than a shop just before them and then it got cracked the very second day while I was placing it in my office drawer.  That itself says about the quality.  A big no for these cheaters.

Perfect place for Mi devices and accessories from Xiaomi. Courteous staff to help on devices. Prices are same as it is shown online, atleast for mobile devices.

I brought redmi note 6 pro here about 10 months ago and at the time, I spent extra 350rs for the glass protection and they didn't place it well and thus it affected my camera quality badly. I went back to store in a few days and I was told there's nothing wrong with glass and it's placed correctly so I couldn't argue with that at the moment. In few days, I finally removed that glass myself and finally I could see it's original amazing picture quality. So I ought to rate less for expensive glass, for applying it badly and then not recognizing the issue.
PS. I don't think they lied, I just think they couldn't see the problem.

I wish I could leave a minus 5. My device lasted 7 months, the original seller did not respond to my warranty claim. Regional reseller did not want to help. Global customer service could not even SELL me the parts I needed to repair. Thats right - Global head office can't even SELL THE PARTS for a 7 month old device. Xiaomi customer service is usless , sending back canned email templates saying they can't help. Not once, not twice..... but 4 times, the same template email back to my reply. You would not read about it. I really regret buying Xiaomi, and I will NEVER buy this brand again - honestly the worse experience I have actually ever had.

Hey Xiaomi, I hope you read this review - you could get your "Customer Lack of Service Team" to send me another template email saying how you can't help me. I am now throwing your 7 month old piece of junk in the bin. Goodbye forever Xiaomi.

The customer support answers with some generic "We are sorry blablabla can't help blablabla" even though the question I had was very simple: I wanted to know whether or not the authentication site I got redirected to when trying to validate their fuggin product was their domain or not (because I thought I was scammed and the domain had some strange spelling mistakes).

So funny when they implement such an authentication stuff in the first place but when you have a concern regarding the authenticity of your product they don't give a shat.

After three more mails with their "Hello my name is blabla, I'm sorry blabla, please contact the point of sale" response (which doesn't make any sense when I got scammed by the point of sale) I told them they are fagoats. I will now proceed to order some emission heavy product from their shiiiethole country and hope to increase pollution in that shieeetty shieet place full of shietteded shieeeters even more. How does it feel waking up and not seeing your own duck due to polluted air? "Aaaah whee may diiik, not seeee."

Edit: Ok, ordered a bunch of plastic figures that I don't need.

Very good store for brands like MI, MOTO, OPPO, LENOVO etc... They give very clear idea about phone's specs. They have ready stocks of MI  phones but they don't take bookings and provide phones on first come first serve basis...

Super service....offer me lassi also...that time I just need water he gave me lassi...

This is not the reason....they have limited stock of any Mi launched handset,  which I got for me Redmi note 7 pro.

Next month for sure am going there for Redmi note 7 for my Mom bday.

Irritate to me for purchasing glass protector and back cover which is cheap and very bad quality, if you think to buy anything from this store you must carry 500 to 700 extra with you.
