After having my tympanoplasty recently, I was pleased with the treatment provided by the doctor, who was experienced, knowledgeable, and patient when describing the condition and procedure. The care provided before and after the surgery was excellent, and I would highly recommend them to others.

Dr sir good but management not good any one parsan not handal patient problem not response…very bad experience so pls handal than dr.gosavi sir it’s request….hospital….?

Doctor is good but getting through to him via phone call appointment just not possible, the appointment system is so bad that you need come early morning around 6 and wait for appointment out side where there is a big que and even on 6:30 they don't open the door to give appointment .

Very pathetic service from reception

For simple appointment booking, I called 4-5 times continuously for 3 days, but every time was given different reasons, like 'Only call at 9am', 'Come at 6:30am', and 'Appointment full for the day'.

We think doctors are good for every patient, but if they do like this, what can we expect in an emergency? Patients can't wait for more time due to appointments delay.
If you don't check all patients, at least suggest alternative options.

Had a great experience of ear surgery. Old is gold. No expensive show offfs. This hospital is a joint family. I loved the way they treat each other.

Pathetic system of appointment. They will make you wait for ages. Staff behaviour is rude. Meeting this doctor is person is more difficult than meeting the God.

The doctor is very good, but the system for appointment really sucks.
They have so app called "Navjeevan hospital", if you take appointment throught this buggy and slow app, you will be given preference.
But if you dare going there without appointment (usually first time visitor would do it only unknowingly) you will have to wait there till ages.
I happen to visit this doctor at 9am for my wife (unfortunately without appointment, as I was not aware of their app) I ended up waiting till 5pm in the evening. I lost my entire day with the boredom of waiting.
They have a unique process where they do not entertain direct visitor and they have no process to accommodate patients who just walk in.
I understand that online system is there to avoid such waiting time and client disappointments,

but  the problem here was the rude and careless attendant who just kept saying, wait for some time, ...
And I was just trusting her for entire duration.

This was the worst experience I had ..

Disappointing Experience at Navjeevan hospital

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received . Unfortunately, the staff's behavior was unprofessional and inconsiderate.
Despite being patients, we were treated poorly and without empathy. The staff failed to provide us with clear and timely information about our appointment schedule, leaving us confused and frustrated.
The lack of respect and compassion shown by the staff was appalling. We were treated more like animals than patients, which is unacceptable in a healthcare setting.
I hope the management takes our experience seriously and takes necessary steps to improve the staff's behavior and communication skills.

Staff was not kind at all …
No proper building management
Although the dr was kind but need to look after the management system seriously!!

I'll keep this one short and precise. Great doctor. Treated my polyp. He also suggests treatment that is cost effective for the patient. But the staff is not great. The doctor is so good that he's busy from early morning 6am to late night 9 pm. One thing you have to understand is the staff deals with entitled people daily and hence they seem rude. There are so many people already suffering and these entitled people want to cut the line because their suffering is greater, they think. You always have to book an appointment or stand in line at morning 6:30 am. They initially had an app but now it's not working.
Overall. Amazing doctor. Don't post negative reviews because you are entitled.

Beware of incompetence. This doctor may not be for all - and you may be subjected to unnecessary therapy. Long story with my kid but here's a summary -

A simple swimming related pain due to ear wax problem was continued to be treated for 4 weeks without any results. Full dose of antibiotics for the whole 4 weeks. Visit scheduled after every 2 days. Continuous use of ear drops increased the fungal infection further. He finally suggested a painless surgery with local anesthesia - imagine just for ear wax removal!! Think of the ordeal our family was going through for one complete month!!

We took to another AFMC doctor who carefully heard everything, gave a special reserved slot and almost removed all the wax in first sitting without any pain or medication!! In next two sittings the problem was treated completely. The attitude, transparency, skills, and the facility made it such a relieving experience.

Dr. Gosavi should have shown empathy and ethically referred to another doctor as he was not competent treating the child. Creating a hype by asking to take appointments before 7am, scheduling frequent follow-ups, not offering clear advice - is what my experience has been.

Dr Gosavi is excellent in his services but the receptionist is very rude and no manners at all. They have no idea how the hospital management works in terms of giving appointments to patients. Waiting period is too long and that is because of their mismanagement. They should adapt practice management software which will make their patients life easy in terms of getting appointments. It will save the time and energy on both sides.

Dr is very good but staf is unproffetional very  arrogant staff not corporet 👎

Pathetic service … its 6 time to call for appoinment … the reception people ask us to come at 6.30 in the morning for appoinment … wen u go there they will say we dont take appoinment here … pls call for appoinment … how bad is that for a person in emergency …patient doesnt get any appoinment … feels like a scam going on … i dont knw whether the doctor knelws about dis … but the receptionist give u a scam lile feeling…. Very bad in talking as well …. Will never go to this doctor again at all…

Dr. Nandakishor Gosavi is world famous successful ENT doctor. He is very brilliant. No failure in any case. He handles every patient very calmly. He is very polite. He gives his time to each patient and explains everything. He did my spouse's ear surgery. My experience with him is very excellent. I will advice to consult this doctor those who have ENT problems. If you go early 5.30 in the morning for appointment then you should not have to wait for long time. His team is also very good, very cooperative and also all staff supports us. As his treatment is very excellent so there is so much rush so if you go early morning for appointment it will not take more time to wait. There is no facility of appointment on phone calls.  I am very much thankful to Dr. Gosavi sir.

First Things First, Dr. Nandkumar Gosavi is a very polite Noble doctor. Immense experience and very down to earth as a person.

But If you want to take appointment, You need to follow below instructions correctly and exactly as below:

If you want appointment for tomorrow, Call their hospital and ask if doctor is available if they yes, they will ask you to come at 7.30am but as there are so many people seeking for appointments you will have to go to his hospital around 6.30 then only there is good chance that you will get appointment on that day and before 11am. If you go late say by 8.15am to book the appointment l, there is good chance that you will not get appointment.

I feel they need to improve their appointment system.

But Doctor is very very very Good !!!

This review is regarding the infrastructure and staff...not doctor....

I visited for a consultation with no idea that there is a appointment to be made with which I had no issues.

They suggested to use their app so I downloaded it and viola all the slots for every single day are completely booked may be the doctor is very famous. Still ok.

But, now the strange and irritating part : being booked for weeks you still can get an appointment if you visit their office by 7am. I mean if the doctor is already so busy how come those appointments are made.

Such a pathetic staff and infrastructure...!!!

No fixed appointment time and expensive additional checkup charges.
It's wastage of 5 to 7 hours depending upon how fast you reach there to get appointment registered.

First they ask to come there to get appointment number at 6 am in morning. Then they guess and say to come around 11 to 12 pm when your appointment will come.

And when you reach there at that time then still they will make you wait for atleast 1 hr as first they will appoint existing patients sitting there for hours. So actually they don't follow appointment number.

If you get there by 6 am then still you will have to wait for atleast 3 hours as Doctor opd time starts from 8 to 9.
By chance you are late then they will make you sit till 3 pm.

Even for followups, you have to go through same process. They made me sit till 1:45 in my followup and then I left without appointment.

Dr Gosavi is a brilliant Doctor (ENT). I see some negative comments about appointment, so I am suggesting a simple solution.
Every Tuesday and Thursday he sits in Villoo Poonawalla Hospital Hadapsar (close to his original place.
Appoints can be booked calling landline number of that hospital.
Hospital takes only 5 patients per day. So, try to book in advance.
I visited Doctor in the hospital, it was smooth process with advance appointment and no waiting time.
