I have stayed at this hotel many times because the location is very convenient for me. However, I consistently face several issues. The TV is always off, and the staff always gives the same excuse about a cable problem.
While the bedsheets are clean, the blankets are very dirty and have a bad odor. Whenever I ask for a fresh blanket, I am instead given another bedsheet. The rooms are small, which I understand, but basic maintenance is lacking. Some lights don't work, charging plugs are faulty, and the AC doesn't cool effectively—it seems it hasn't been serviced in a long time.
During my recent stay in Room 103, I even had to hold the tap manually just to fill a bucket. The staff is good and the hotel has potential, but these small things need urgent attention to improve the guest experience."

The TV isn't working, the bedsheets are dirty, and the lighting is inconsistent—some bulbs work while others don't. The shower is broken, and the charging ports don't work either. Honestly, the room quality doesn't match the price at all. The only good thing is the prime location. Since I arrived late at night and couldn't go hunting for another place, I had no choice but to stay. The online price showed 1100–1200, but they charged me 2000 once I arrived. A very bad experience."

I had a great stay. The rooms are much better than they look from the outside. Being close to the metro and bus station makes commuting very easy. Highly recommended for the location and staff service."

The hotel is located in a truly wonderful spot; the location is just amazing. I visited last month and the staff was very polite and helpful. There are many places to see nearby. Here are some of the spots I visited:
Transport: Bus Stop (280m), Metro Station (230m)
Sightseeing: Saras Baug (400m), Dagadusheth Halwai Ganpati Temple (1.9km), Shaniwar Wada (2.6km), Lal Mahal (2.2km), Parvati Hill (1.3km), and Sinhgad Fort (28km).
Shopping: Tulshibaug (1.9km) and Laxmi Road (1.9km).

This Hotel is a very prestigious place. Behaviour of staff is all I loved. There is nothing which was missing in the service. Rooms were also clean & Tidy . We were provided with Towels and soaps per head.
Even there was no noise at all in the native place. There was calm and peaceful Environment in the Hotel.

Stayed 1 night, room was clean & well maintained. Spacious bathroom. Feels like new construction. Great location too. Staff behaviour was also good. Breakfast could've been better, also, we asked for coffee & got tea. Overall great experience.

I’m giving reviews just after check out,
Unworth the money. They lack fresh towels and bed sheets.
Poor room conditions and a lack of hygiene maintenance.
Not good for a couple, the staff was also bad, the phone wasn't working, and the shower tab in the bathroom was broken.
Water was not provided by the hotel after check-in either.

The location is the biggest plus point of this hotel. Its just 2min walk across the road from swargate. The room was just ok. AC wasn't working. There was no proper breakfast facility in the hotel so i had to go someplace else. But there are a lot of options available around, so that is not a problem. The hotel provides parking which is a good thing. But the parking place is too small. When i visited i had no problem but the problem might occur if they had much more customers. Bathroom was big enough but not clean enough. Overall ok experience. Not bad but not good also.

Just OK. As there is no door mat at the rest room and the bedspreads had a lot of small holes (mostly seems to be of cigarettes), no 24 hours hot water, we have to wait till 7am to get it, no early check in even the room is vacant(just wasting our precious time who came from long distance like us as we are from AP). NO drinking water present.
The above all has been resolved  after the request, but where is the OYO hospitality and the care taken without the request, it is to be considered that all the customers are precious and should  be comforted.

Good, clean rooms and good staff. Booked via OYO, and got a sweet deal. Very close to Swargate Bus Stand, though Google Nav might get confused with the address and show it to be very far. So keep that in mind. No drawbacks as such, but no in house restaurant so 1 star less. Room service is good too.

Horrible experience.My room got locked from inside and my baggage remained inside. Shifted to another room and I had to sleep with the dress I was wearing. My tooth brush, shaving kit & mobile charger remained inside the room and somehow the Manager opened it next morning. All door locks very poor quality. Overall I will never recommend this hotel to any of my friends or relatives.

Worst experience with this hotel we travel 10 km for this hotel and they refus to give room

Not good Bedsheet with stain. Wall behind door damage.pic shown in booking.com site is different. No in house restaurant. For my room intercom phone and TV is also not working. Its can be good if we don't have any option. Near to swaregate busstand 300 meter Approx on highway.

1 night stay with family for Prosonal visit to Pune,need to improve cleanes, service and maintenance ASAP.

Very nice place with excellent service. Only issue was with food but eating facility is available at a walkable distance. Staff was very polite and kind enough to guide about the places of attraction in Pune.

Good photos on Google doesn't mean good hotel, looks recently renovated but still badly maintained. WORST HYGIENE for the price charged. I reached late night hence had little choice but absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED...

It is located near to the swargate, Sadhshivpeth, Tilak road, Sarasbaug etc......you can easily walk to swargate from this hotel.......the staff was co-operative......but room service can be improve.......one more thing is that you should choose rajdeep hotel instead of rajmahal hotel (which is near to rajdeep hotel)
