I had a great experience with Mr. Amol Shimple, the owner of this shop. He was extremely polite, helpful, and very prompt in his service.

They provide quick and fast computer/laptop repair, and if possible, they even fix the issue right in front of you, which builds a lot of trust.

I recently visited Shree Computer in Kharadi for an issue with my Deckstop  was really impressed with the speed and professionalism of the service. Owner was highly knowledgeable, and the technician quickly diagnosed issue with deckstop . They provided a clear quote upfront, which was very reasonable compared to authorized service centers. The repair was completed promptly within mention time  and my device is now running perfectly. Highly recommend for reliable and cost-effective computer repairs and purchase in the Kharadi area!

Bought a 3-camera CCTV setup but the DVR has software issues and keeps hanging. Seller agreed to submit it to service but refused to provide any temporary replacement because the original box was missing. Service center wait means my cameras are unusable during this time.
Expected better support, especially when the fault was from day one.

Dishonest Timelines, Zero Repair, and Device Returned Damaged/Incomplete.

​I was repeatedly assured by the technician that the repair would be complete in 1 to 2 hours. This was clearly dishonest. The actual time I was kept waiting was over 30 hours, with the shop consistently giving false updates and asking me to "come back in an hour." This level of delay and repeated broken promises is unprofessional and a waste of the customer's time.
​The final result was even worse than the extreme delay. When I finally received my device, no repair had been performed. The original fault was still present, meaning the entire 30+ hour wait was pointless.
​Crucially, the shop returned my device in a worse state than when I dropped it off. I discovered that internal screws and essential parts were missing from the casing/assembly. This demonstrates a complete lack of care and competence in handling customer property.
​I received a faulty device back after an excessive delay, the promised service was not delivered, and the device was returned incomplete. I strongly advise anyone needing repair services to avoid this shop and seek out a reputable business. This shop wasted my time and compromised the physical integrity of my mobile
