The most worst experience I had while buying a laptop. Sales and after sales services lies beneath the ground for people who work here. They have hired very bad people for sales & repair service.

I was searching for laptop for work from home. Visited many shops so while searching i search here in this jd app filter for ratings and came to know abt this shop. When i visited staff was very helpful for suggesting the laptop for my according to my use. There`s many shops i visited before but not got discount but here i got max discount as compared my previous shops i visited also they gave me freebies like wireless mouse, laptop screen guard mouse pad and more even they gave me antivirus in little discount and help me with bajaj finance.

Third class service by staff specially from bajaj finance employee very very unprofessional...

I really have very bad experience with Notebook Hub they are not good at providing service, I bought gaming pc from here it has been more than 15 days my pc is not working. The given service is very worst even I don`t want to rate 1 star also

Good service and best prices any product, supported employees and good behavior. I visited notebook hub at tilak road recently, I would like to mention that they have the best offers on laptops and desktops and the staff also was extremely helpful.

Superb store to buy apple products. I wanted to buy iPhone 14 plus so i had called the store to check if it`s there in stock. I spoke to Mr Aditya he said the stock is not available for iPhone 14 plus red 512GB. He then contacted warehouse and i got the phone same day. Aditya is really helpful he helped me by making it available in the store till the time he created the apple id and inserting sim as I am a first time user of iphone. Thank you so much Aditya for all your help. Will visit again

Recently visited this shop and sale person (shaheed) was so patient and helpful to answer all my queries. My query was resolved successfully. Very Good and Helpful staff with accurate technical knowledge.If anyone is planning to buy a HP laptop then I will recommend to visit this store at least once.

Amazing service. Went for data recovery with an HDD having bad sectors; do not regret choosing them, not a chance! Best price I got after looking 4  places, plus great service and very, very fast. The guy at the front desk (can`t recall his name) is just great. I strongly recommend everything there!

The after sales service is worst. While purchasing they make a lot of promises but once you purchase they forget everything. To every question you ask they only say you need to format your PC. Ignore you. Give you inferior treatment. They don't try to resolve your problem rather just try to make you a fool and show you the door. My experience here was very disgusting. Would never recommend this to anyone.

Worst service ever. They provide duplicate products. The representatives are also arrogant and rude too.Never buy any product from here.

On 13th Dec, My laptop has SSD issue, which I got replaced from notebuk hub, they replaced it and installed the OS Win11, which they showed me working and I took my laptop back to home.
Late evening, When i started working on it, the OS crashed completely, since I had win10, i installed that, which eventually also didn't worked and had to take laptop back to their shop on 14th Dec.

On 14dec, looking at win10 installed, their service person become completely arrogant, that you have tempered with our installation, if you want to fix it you need to pay again, then after my few request they reinstalled win11, on the condition that we won't entertain this free of charge and only accepting this once. In complete arrogance, They installed win11, which I validated for 40-50 mins, working fine there.

But when today 17dec, i again started the laptop at my home, it again got crashed.

Don't know what have they done to laptop that it's crashing again again.
Is the SSD they suggested to install not compatible with my laptop. If that's the case they could have told me or suggested better option.
I don't know if I shall again go there to face arrogance and charges there.
There charges are on higher side, and then arrogance...bad experience till now

Today I have formatted my laptop and cost taken 1000 rs where as other shops like kohinoor taking 500 rs.
I have not feel good as I have purchased my laptop from your shop but even as market rate standard charged little high.
Where as format work is good.

I was searching for a monitor which can support 2 laptops in one display. I have searched also 15 shops and all of them told me that there no such technology yet in the market however in Notebook Hub Tilak Road promptly searched the product online ( LG Ultra Wide Curved Monitor 34WR50QK) and ordered it from the LG for me. They have also gave me a single keyboard and mouse which works on this dual display setup( Logitech Mk850).
Staff is super friendly and supportive. Amzad literally showed me the setup connecting their own in shop laptops.
