As a new restaurant the experience was extreamly good... as a marketer I just suggest you that you want to sustain in the market for long period of time then you should change the biriyani style... I don't think people would love biriyani with so simple taste and the chicken pieces were looking like just boiled... I suggest you to increase the masala and make it tastier and the biriyani should not be feeka in taste. Thats all I felt you will be missing out in a long run. The one you tried was our Royal Chicken Biryani, which follows a Yakhani-style preparation, known for its mild, aromatic flavour profile rather than a heavy masala taste. The flavour profile you mentioned is closer to our Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani, which is richer, spicier, and more masala-forward. Unfortunately, it was out of stock when you placed your order, so the Royal Biryani was the available option at that time. We would absolutely love for you to try our *Hyderabadi Biryani next time — we believe it will match the taste you were expecting.
