Just to share a little more about our menu — we currently serve two styles of biryani. The one you tried was our Royal Chicken Biryani, which follows a Yakhani-style preparation, known for its mild, aromatic flavour profile rather than a heavy masala taste. The flavour profile you mentioned is closer to our Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani, which is richer, spicier, and more masala-forward. Unfortunately, it was out of stock when you placed your order, so the Royal Biryani was the available option at that time. We would absolutely love for you to try our *Hyderabadi Biryani next time — we believe it will match the taste you were expecting.
