As a new restaurant the experience was extreamly good... as a marketer I just suggest you that you want to sustain in the market for long period of time then you should change the biriyani style... I don't think people would love biriyani with so simple taste and the chicken pieces were looking like just boiled... I suggest you to increase the masala and make it tastier and the biriyani should not be feeka in taste. Thats all I felt you will be missing out in a long run. Thankyou for great experience, I hope your restaurant will grow rapidly Happy Journey in the Market.
