Good experience. Wanted a carry bag of first cry which was not available at ranchi store

Before buying make sure if the shops executives tell us that Only cloths are not returnable rest all but the truth is that nothing is returnable here in the Bariatu Shop.
Also the behaviours of some of them are not good as per my parents experience.
I do not suggest to visit to this store until its no where to go or available
start buying online they are more on the customer service without any question asked it will be returned & refunded without investing our precious time.

It was a nice experience, as the staff are very friendly and helpful and product is also of good quality.

worst expereince..main person (man) sitting at the reception is harsh and rude behavior.  for his mistake in missing item packing, he became rude and  says "bhaia sab chalta hai , logo ko kya pata chalega. my gift item not packed properly and used torned paper. half item was place above the box after reopening the gift paper and then re tap again.

we pays for what we deserve not like whatever you give. worst experience...

All good except the rude person seating over system. He is slow.. I came to his shop at 08:50 to purchase something for my son. He refused to let me purchase saying that he has turned off the billing system just now ... What

I visited the store on 2nd March.
Disappointed. No new variety. I asked for gift wrapping. Very 3rd grade packing despite paying the packaging charges. One staff is packing and others are just doing haha hehe and not helping. Took me 5 minutes to select the gift and 20 minutes for them to pack it. Also they didn’t have any other sticker for writing name other than “happy bday”. I had to give an annaprashan gift with the sticker of happy birthday. Peak of humiliation despite paying good amount for the gift. Not a place to shop from at all. The staff and billers also don’t answer why their service quality is so bad. I asked for a review system, they said their store doesn’t have a review system. Very disappointing experience.

I purchase a toy of 2138 from this shop .and same toys in first cry app. It will 677 rs only.
I tell that to the showroom but the cant say anything .
