Having a very bad experience with the internet service center. My internet is not working since 13th July, and despite filing a complaint with the customer care, there has been no solution yet. The service center visiting time is changing frequently, and even after sending calls to the landline number, there is no response. It is really disappointing

Jio service has detoriated. Earlier the technicians used to come on time... now they only reschedule. No one shows up. Pathetic.

Pathetic service.the local representative kuldeep sahu has come and prompted me to pay 1000 advance for connection but never shown up. Now they are not cancelling my request no LR000007N8DF. strong action is required against these scammers. I am in the process

They are very careless, they are highly active before taking payment, after that they become ghosts, they keep lying about the setup period.
My order no is "NO0000JUS281", but whenever I am typing it for tracking they say "No orders Found".

I register for jio fiber 2 times and these people are so skill that they were not able to install it .
They all are fraud , they will go on hibernate mode after recieving money .They are not professionals but professional liars. First they will tell you tommorrow some will come and install fiber but nobody gonna come . Sorry I cant give them 0 stars thats why rating them 1. Plz dont call on the above contact no. . They even dont have customer care service when you call on jio fiber no. it has only option to registration for new fiber , cant even talk to customer support for our concerns.

Worst service by JIO Fiber in PP Compound.
Firstly they charge you extra bucks for cables n connection apart from monthly fee and then when issue pops up they dont receive your calls .n the worst part they mark the issue as resolved even when the issue is still there .

I had a funny call with Jio Fiber feedback team ,who mentioned that there is outage in my area ,so i asked why her my neighbour flats are not facing the outage.   ...Is it my bad understanding that OUTAGES are Flat and Floor specific ??

Even if you have a fiber in your house they will cal you to recharge your phone  by calling everyday

They deserve no star worst service ever . I have done the payment and they are not installing the fibre . Just don't buy jio fibre . after payment they become ghost they do nothing to resolve the issue absolutely nothing

All technicians are kaamchor and lazy.. if u hav jio connection box near you house under 10-20 mtr then they will install either they will refuse
