I recently visited Mom's Cafe and tried their Veg Noodles Schezwan Frankie, and I must say, it was delicious! As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I was impressed by their selection of gluten-free options. The noodles were perfectly cooked, and the Schezwan sauce added just the right amount of spice.
