Very disappointing experience

I bought a 25W adapter for a Samsung mobile from this shop. After about 2 months, it stopped fast charging and only worked as slow charging, even though it was still under the warranty period. The shopkeeper replaced it with another adapter, but the same issue happened again.

I visited the Samsung service centre twice, and during my second visit, I was informed that adapter is duplicate/fake products, not original Samsung chargers.

Selling duplicate accessories and claiming they are original is completely unacceptable. I wasted my time, money, and effort because of this. I strongly recommend not trusting this shop for mobile accessories, especially branded items.
