Your staff doesn't have the manners to speak. So at least you should hire staff in such a place who have the manners to speak to the client.If you hire such staff in a brand. Airtel is such a good brand. If you hire such rude staff in such a good brand, then there is no benefit to your brand.same on you

Zero knowledge by customer service executive Rashmi also neither receive updation from her side on  my  enquiry  and  not even bother to attend the call or number provided by her. Unprofessional service .

Do not respond even after multiple times calls and action on complaints by their employee namely Dixit.

Really Glad to share that Kavita from Airtel store Rohtak helps me alot I visited many Airtel store and people working there but nobody is able to resolve my query am very disappointed but when I interact with Kavita she carefully listen me as well as give the appropriate solution of my problem. She is very knowledgeable and cooperative.... Such a star having by Airtel....

very unprofessional staff... I visited the the store for sim not working. They said problem will be resolved by evening and I will be informed by call. Neither my problem got resolved nor I got any call about the status. They did not even gave any phone number on which I can contact. How many times i need to visit the store?? (I live 60km away from Rohtak)

All employees are asking to wait. And no one is caring employee. Please take the necessary action. You need to improve your service

Very bad staff, no sense or manners to talk to customers. I went there to changed my old sim due to not working of that. After going there, one employee says there is no stock of sim. You have to come tomorrow or after 2-3 days. On other hand other employee in the same store issues the new sim. This is only that customer come 2-3 times to store. One employee is very lazy about his duty. Now I have to port my number.

Pathetic store! They don’t want to do anything.

Experience with airtel store was pathetic, sim non availability is not the only issue, but executives on airtel store are arrogant, unfriendly & seems least interested in catering old customers. Earlier experience with airtelstore Dpark was excellent but that store turned to VI store and now only store remaining changed my view and opting to port out all my family plan postpaid nos. after many years of service to avoid such experience in future

Very bad staff and their services towards customers, they ignored backward class people and priorities others. The way they talk to us is very elegant especially women staff are uneducated and mannerless which was very embarassing so we requested airtel to replace the women staff (specially kavita) otherwise day by day people will change their sim to jio

Very bad staff, no sense or manners to talk to customers. I went there to get my old airtel sim changed to new 4g sim. After going there four times and still couldn't get a new sim, I ended up porting to Jio. No wonder Airtel is going down. Really, animals can do better job than these arrogant employees.

Kavita is best customer support executive I have ever met, she helped me with all required information upfront and addressed my queries in best way.

As per status it’s showing open on Sunday till 7pm but when visited store is closed and not open. Same with other locations in Rohtak. Doesn’t expect this false status of store from Airtel. Correct information should be given instead of wrong

They were easily approachable and located on the road. I went there to get a SIM replacement, and they promptly attended to me and replaced my SIM card within 15 minutes.
