What a rubbish service this is. They give free eye checkups, but the results are not accurate at all. My personal advice is to pay ₹100–200 to a proper eye doctor and get your eyes checked professionally. Otherwise, your money may be wasted just like mine.

There is no proper customer care, and the company’s service is extremely disappointing. It feels like a completely irresponsible and unreliable place to buy glasses. I bought two pair’s of sunglasses worth of rs 12,200 totally wastage of money. Go to any local Shopkeeper, who can assist you after purchase. Garbage Company garbage service highly not recommended.

I purchased two frames with lenses, but when I wear them, the lenses do not seem to fit properly or suit my vision. I have tried contacting Customer Care, but the service is extremely poor and I have not been able to reach anyone for help.

I spent ₹13,000, and it feels like my money has gone to waste. Based on this experience, I do not think this is a good place to buy prescription glasses.
