I had a good experience here. 👍 The service was decent, and the staff seemed knowledgeable. However, there's always room for improvement! Center need to be on road area so that it becomes easy to find. Overall all ok.

Issue was resolved within specified time. Staff was humble. This is an authorised service centre so all the services related to your extended warrenty will only be provided on exclusive service center only. Overall experience was good. Do check your device properly before leaving the store.

I experienced a green line appearing on the left side of my phone screen, though the device was otherwise functioning perfectly. This issue is common and has affected a large number of Android users. OnePlus provided excellent service by promptly addressing the problem. They also answered my calls and provided helpful assistance. Although I visited at closing time on my first visit, they efficiently repaired my phone’s screen within a few hours on my second visit. The best part was that the repair was done free of charge under their offer.

I visited the store for green line issue on my Oneplus 9 pro. The issue was resolved immediately. The screen was replaced for free since the mobile was working fine other than this issue. Highly recommend for authorised service.

Very poor service provider. Please visit Rudrapur service centre. If you are here for any mobile issue please do not visit they charge heavily if not In warranty. Also if you ask them to help you the other way they charge heavily ,for a normal fix for screen they charged me 1200 rs and provided no bill in exchange. After few days I faced the same trouble and they denied me for any help since not provided me any bill , the staff mem told me to again deposit 1200 rs.Also I went to other local dealer mobile repair shop he fixed the same thing and charged me 150 rs only. The working staff will cheat you and charge you much higher than the actual cost. If you visit please ask them for bill.

I visited there, but my experience was very bad. The person at the reception was polite. But there was no technical person available, nor did they have any components available. The receptionist asked me to visit some other day.

The service at OnePlus Service Center in Rudrapur is really good.
Here the work is done very well and quickly, the behavior of the staff here was also very good.
All my words were listened to very carefully and I also got good advice.
