Gil Bakers

I recently visited Gil Bakers and was so excited to see that they offered vegan options. The truffle pastry was the standout dish for me. It was filled with such a rich, savory mushroom filling and the pastry was perfectly flaky. I appreciate restaurants that cater to vegans like myself and I will definitely be returning to try more of their dishes.
