I recently tried Kathi Junction and was blown away by their amazing Soya Chaap! The texture was perfect and the flavor was spot on. I loved how well it was marinated and cooked, giving it a delicious, smoky taste. The other dishes on the menu looked equally enticing, so I'll definitely be back to try more.
