Worst service center i ever seen in my life and Causing conflict, spreading gossip, and undermining team cohesion.

poor work quality, lack of responsibility, negative attitude, they don't care about customer's time , they don't know how to talk with customers I'll suggest repair your phone from local shops than repairing from here. even they charge more than the local shops for same part ( the difference must be in making charges cost ig )

I am a great enthusiast of Xiaomi/Redmi/POCO Flagship phones  and have bought several times and using the same since 2018, But this time they have lost all my enthusiasm due to such an experience....

I have submitted my phone  on 01/08/2024 to my nearby service centre bearing code XMIN3597 for repair of my POCO F3 GT charging slot, which  was facing charging cable connection issues. While submitting the phone the CC E/O didn't asked me to backup my phone or copy the essentials to my PC as it was not a concern while addressing an issue with sub board. Also they did not asked me to remove pattern lock while accepting the phone. Later on 07/08/24 while receiving I got my phone  which was totally blank....

I am known and educated about the process of repairing sub boards previously with my Redmi note 5pro and other mobiles from Xiaomi /Redmi/Poco that it's a mere sub board  and have nothing to do with the memory of the phone.Also the process of testing the phone after repair need to be checked/test which may or may not necessarily require the phone to be unlock in order to check that the phone is charging or not ...

As the case may be....  I have not asked to unlock the phone while submitting. I have submitted my mobile  for a period of 6 days...  In that period I have not received any call frome the service center XMIN3597 asking for my pattern lock or any message stating the necessary to erase my phone's data or necessity for accessing my phone by any other means(engaging developer mode to access my phone/factory reset/ any other reason).

If that was a necessity the service center XMIN3597 has to ask for my consent while performing unauthorised access to my phone...

I'm a civil engineer with a lot of my project data collected in my phone project picture, project billing info,  transaction details with all stake holders, Imp documents, Excel sheets, letters of various authorities and  in app data and what not.... I had my phone memory filled upto 85% capacity approximately 90GB of data.. which was lost in the process of repairing my charging slot....

When I asked the reason for such deeds, all the staff was not able to address the perfect reason and started giving off their responsibilities to handle one such customers phone's  with care.

I'm totally blown out by this kind of service.. and ask Xiaomi/ Redmi/POCO India to address my complaint with utmost Priority and compensate for my loss and take strict actions on XMIN3597 their staff and technical person whom so ever found guilty for such kind of behaviour and non responsible character...

I recently visited OnePlus service center and had an interaction with receptionist that left me disappointed. The receptionist’s behavior came across as dismissive and unhelpful, which made the experience uncomfortable.

The arrogance was so high. Ahe was saying -
"Amhala farak nahi padta. Kay karaych te kr. Kahi feedback ne farak nsto padat"

As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism. A friendly and respectful attitude can make a significant difference in ensuring customer satisfaction.

I hope service center can address this issue and ensure that all staff members are trained to provide excellent customer service in the future. Hope this helps other.

This is not an authorised service center for Xiaomi I waited here for hour unfortunately found that this place is closed for Xiaomi they are attending customers unauthorise this will lead to bad image of brand request you to plz close this center

Third class behavior of staff... How to reject warranty the know well...

I really got good service... I am using Redmi 14 C 5G handset.. I faced black screen issue... I got new screen from the service center

Bad service and that female executive's behaviour and talking wasn't good towards the customers and rudely speaking, no management

Service center people are not working properly and are harassing the customers

Given Note 13 pro phone in warranty period for slow charging issue...
Couldn't detect the problem by care center, they kept mobile for a day to detect the issue, lastly the came to software update to solve the issue.
But instead of software update they only reset the mobile and given back with same slow charging issue... and told that it's normal 'slow charging '

Also staff will ask u to share xiaomi user id and password to reset the mobile....
Tip- Do not share any password  to them...
Finally did at home DIY
Downloaded latest update and installed... output was awesome....

No sitting arrangements as many people were standing outside and some people were allowed inside without mask and others are forced to wear

Service is good. But damage occurred while servicing is not their fault. They blame us that damage was before the servicing. Be careful before handing over your cellphone to this service center.

Check thoroughly before and after serving. My mobile screen got damaged while servicing.

Most of the time the phone number is switched off during working hours. Queries are rejected saying server is down. Service is poor. Almost makes you regret buying a Mi phone.

am writing to bring to your attention a distressing experience my elderly mother and I recently had at the Xiaomi service centre in Sangli (Mi Service Center Sangli - itTech, Near Aurum Theater).

My mother, who is 60 years old, encountered a critical issue with her Poco X3 Pro – a black and white screen rendering the device inoperable. We promptly visited the service centre, enduring a 15 km journey, only to be met with an unexpected refusal by the customer care service. They claimed the service centre closed at 6:00 PM, contrary to the information provided on Xiaomi's official website, which states a closing time of 7:00 PM.

This experience not only left my mother without a functioning phone but was also deeply unsettling due to the disrespectful and unethical behavior exhibited by the service centre staff. As loyal customers, we have placed our trust in Xiaomi, particularly in its commitment to customer service. However, this incident has significantly eroded that trust.

Worst quality service ever.. Would never recommend.. The receptionist doesn't even know how to operate a computer, is unknown of the problems of customer.. Had to pay service charges twice and the pricing is very high too... Money oriented service and took way too much time to solve the repair problem
