I normally by my shoes from Puma and notably this outlet, as the salesmen here know me quite well by now and give me helpful suggestions on quality footwear. Also they inform me of the discounts available, so I generally get a good deal here, whenever I visit during festival occasions.

An exclusive showroom for Puma brand.  Footwear for men, women and kids are sold here so also clothing.  When quizzed about discount offered on Puma website, it was informed that such discounts are not applicable for fresh stocks, a claim that cannot be verified while inside the store. With the absence of such discounts being offered, fresh stock price is extremely prohibitive in my opinion.  Whether there are rest rooms for customers, I am not so sure.  Since this is not a large store like several in neighbourhood, car parking is limited.

Poor store experience and poor quality product received.

Very nice staff. Good stock in shelf. Ambience is nice. Staff are very helpful and cordial. They help me to replace a high end sport shoe which was bought from Chennai. Excellent store for shopping.

Went to the store today at 6 pm hoping to check out the shoes. There were no customers around. The two salesmen did not even bother to check what we needed or to ask . If such salespeople are part of the brand then it's difficult for the store to thrive.
