Very nice and polite service given by the staff. Affordable price to buy multi future  laptop here. I strongly recommend to visit once to shop.

If you are looking for a product the store has many product. But when it comes to repair and maintenance it looks like they dont have a good experience or they just dont care about the customer. And the lady where they keep hp product lack communication and interaction skills, definitely not the boss.  Next time when i want to buy a laptop, it will be the last place i will visit. And definitely not going to recommend anyone.

It's a store for many  PC brands, has different gadgets, peripherals, and good staff, you can assemble your PC and gaming laptops are there, you may not find all the models you wish to see, but the above average ones for sure.. I didn't buy from them, and  got a gaming pc from an online store, retail prices need to be lowered??

Compact store but with the latest up to date tech and with an awesome Rep. (Store Manager)  to help customer get what they are looking for.

This business is run and owned by a family with big egos. In this day and age, business is highly dependent on customer satisfaction but this business doesn't seem to get it. They may have the latest electronics but I suggest getting it from another store with better humility or getting it online. I saw this type of ego years ago and I thought the business would improve years later but no, EGO is written all over the owner's behavior and the way they communicate with their customers. Don't waste a dime of your money to these EGOISTIC people.

The manager or whoever it is, does not have any respect for a customer. Products maybe good from here but when you misbehave with a customer, nobody wants a product from you. I will never visit this store again and suggesting you as well. There was some miscommunication between the sellers when i got a product from here and the manager got angry for idk what was the big deal, he used slangs (in khasi, cuz he thought i didn't understand khasi) to which I think is not how you should be towards your customer. Worst experience here. If you want to be scolded with slangs from a seller, go to this store.

Was a delightful experience purchasing my laptop from here. It had all the latest hardware and even at comparable prices to online sellers. Definitely go ahead. Sanjay who was the salesman was more than helpful and went above and beyond to ensure all my doubts and questions were answered.
