Over all very good experience. Property owners and staff were humble and gentlemen. However, I tried to call property owner before arriving but no one picked the call, then I call to customer care he too tried to call but no one take up the call. When we reached our destination, we informed this inconvenience and property owner informed us that he tried to contact many times OYO customer service to update his phone number but no one is responding. Even I dropped an email to OYO still didn’t receive any thing. OYO need to strengthen its customers care service via email. Rest is good about OYO.
