Staff is not friendly.
Behave like they're not interested for selling their products.

so you can get idea. how your after sale service is gona be.

I have given my printer to repaired so many time. they always take so many days than needed.

This time, its more than 1 or 2 years but they still did'nt repaired that printer. With no any contact.

As my experience few products are ok. But service should be better.

Good work and good quality systems available here highly recommend

Worst experience.!
These people don’t know how to talk to their customers,also they kept my laptop for almost 2 day,during the time of collection they were like,your laptop repair is not possible.
Then why did they kept it for almost 2 days,my laptop was not having a major problem,but these people damaged my laptop more.
Very unhappy with their work.
These people are dell authorised seller still they were not able to resolve the issues,and made a huge damage to my laptop,also they were not sorry for it.

Good technical knowledge and support... service support also good ... staff are well trained

Item purchased: VGA to VGA cable, length 1.5m
Cost: 200 INR
MRP = 250 INR

The item is relatively cheaper than what you can get online. But it works just fine. The build quality is solid, can't expect anything more from a 200 INR purchase.
The employees are well-mannered and polite.
I asked that they test it for me and they easily complied.
I asked them a couple of technical queries and they were happy to answer. All in all it was a good experience.
I am satisfied with my purchase.

1. Shop owner is polite have patience for listening you problems.
2. Location is just on 50 meters from silvassa Secretariat.
3. Little bit costly for maintenance.

I just bought vga to hdtv converter but it is not working i went to complain you are closed way before 8.30 pm

It was a good experience ! Owner is a sweet man. Their shop contains Asus, Lenevo, HP and Dell laptops and at a very affordable prices. The maximum price is about 70000/- rupees.

Worst repair shop ever... I given them my laptop to install SSD ... they didn't install SSD and also my TouchPad  is not working now...

I'll suggest don't visit here, no relaibility and they don't treat customer well. Take allot of time and won't even solve your problem
