This is a fantastic store for kids' items! I recently bought a gift for my friend’s child here, and they absolutely loved it. The staff is very helpful, especially Saurabh Singh. He is an excellent salesman and helped me pick out the perfect gift. Highly recommended

Poor response from manager & staff of parvat gam store, all time price high of all products & no any discount.

The shop is FirstCry but here only Baby Hug is available. When we go to exchange the product, there is no exchange and when we go to exchange, they don't give us any discount.

Don't buy any product from here! There is no exchange. Everywhere in the world, they give exchange time within 7 days and do not even tell in advance that exchange is not possible.

I have been selling FirstCry products for two-three years, but nobody ever said that exchange will not be possible. This very branch was saying that exchange will not be possible.

I exchanged it in the last but next time everyone should be careful before purchasing any product from here.

If the exchange is not happening then put up a big banner saying that we will not exchange.

Outstanding staff behaviour and co-operation.
Purchaseed cycle for my 1 year old baby. All cycle was shown individually and described very peacefully. Superb performance of staff and co-operation.
