Worst kids photography experience ever – VR Photo Studio, Surat
I had the worst photography experience at VR Photo Studio, Surat, especially for kids photography. Extremely unprofessional behavior. They do not receive calls, no proper communication, and zero planning. On the day of the shoot, they were trying to handle 3 clients at the same time, which clearly shows their poor management.
The photographers have no proper knowledge of angles, lighting, or kids photography. No guidance, no creativity. It felt like they were in a hurry just to finish rather than focus on quality.
No proper shoot planning, no customer handling, and no professionalism at all. Totally waste of time and money. I would not recommend VR Photo Studio Surat to anyone looking for professional or kids photography. Please think twice before booking

Extremely disappointed with VR Photo Studio....Their service is non-existent—zero communication nd no callbacks......They took money bt failed to deliver the reels that were part of my package. Save ur time nd money nd avoid this studio if u expect professional service or the content you paid for....

Costume not washed. I inform them but they ignore. Don't put efforts to take good shot. They done it in 2 min. Final hard copy  not received . I was not satisfied with your studio's service. My son went there twice to collect the photos, but he didn't get them either time.

Very smooth and comfortable experience. They understand babies well and wait patiently for the perfect moment. The studio is hygienic and safe. Highly recommend for baby and toddler shoots.

I had an amazing maternity photoshoot experience with VR Photo Studio. Shree and Vicky were absolutely fantastic throughout the session. They suggested beautiful poses that perfectly captured the emotions of this special time, and the photos turned out even better than I imagined. Their editing work was top-notch, and they made sure every picture looked perfect. Both of them were extremely humble, friendly, and cooperative, which made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a creative and professional photoshoot experience!

3rd class photography, they don't know how to shoot, staff is very cheap and very unprofessional, bekar studio in surat, please don't go else your money will waste

A Terrible Experience at the Photo Studio

I recently had a highly disappointing experience at this photo studio. During our session, my baby fell, and instead of taking care of my daughter they’re fighting with each other. After that the staff spoke to me very rudely. In particular, Nisha’s attitude was unprofessional and left me feeling extremely upset. While they seem to have plenty of time when it comes to booking appointments, it became apparent that they do not give the same level of care or follow-up once we arrive. Don’t click proper setup photo.

Awesome Photography and they captured every emotion and detail flawlessly. Professional, friendly, and an absolute artist behind the lens and yes also they hve good supportive team work ☺️

I had a disappointing experience at the photo studio. My baby looked adorable, but the photographer struggled to capture good shots.  The staff weren't very helpful, and the overall quality of the photos and editing was poor.  I feel that my money was wasted, as I don't have any nice pictures to share.
