I had a very bad experience with TechCureindia – Custom Gaming PC & Computer Repair, Uttran, Surat.

I went to their shop because my motherboard was not working. They replaced with new one and i pay for that, and for a few days it seemed little bit okay. After that, problems started again. I had to visit the shop 4–5 times.

First, the CPU fan was not set properly. I went back and they fixed it ( But Not properly set).
Then, my RAM was not properly fitted, so I had to visit again. Even after fixing, it still didn’t feel secure.
After that, my graphics card started crashing(He says your HDMI not working but my HTMI working properly and buy new HDMT then same problem face).

When I asked them to return or replace the motherboard, they completely denied responsibility. After all this, my entire CPU stopped working.

Very poor service, no proper checking, and no responsibility after repair.
If you want to experience repeated problems and waste your time and money, you can go to this shop. Otherwise, I strongly recommend avoiding it.

Worst experience with TechCureindia, Uttran, Surat. I paid for a motherboard replacement, and within days the same problems started. I had to visit 4–5 times for loose CPU fan, badly fitted RAM, and GPU crashes. They blamed my HDMI and made me buy a new one, but the issue was still there.

When I asked for a replacement or refund, they refused to take responsibility. Now my CPU is completely dead. Total waste of time and money. Avoid this shop.

After dealing with TechCureindia, my advice is simple: avoid this shop. Poor installation, repeated problems, false blame on accessories, and zero accountability. I paid for a new motherboard and ended up with a dead CPU. One of the worst PC repair experiences in TechCureindia.

I have just bought a pc from Techcure indian, i am very happy with System and they have given 10 years warranty as mentioned in the bill and Techcure indian service is very good, if there is any problem with the System, they fix it immediately. whatever System parts are given in reasonable price And the team of techcure Indian is very nice people, I will give 5 out of 5

I came to know about Techcure India by searching on Google. Initially i requested the Quotes from different website who were selling the assemble Desktop Computers even i got few rates from Nehru Place Market From Delhi, but Techcure price was value for money and it was lowest among all the price which i have received. But i was bit hesitating of buying an desktop online without seeing it physically but i felt like buying it from Techcure after speaking with them over phone, they asked for my requirement and according to my requirement they gave me rates  and i bought the desktop . In Fact the delivary was just given to me from surat to vadodara in 2 days and also they built my desktop in just 1 day in morning i order and in afternoon i got the call from them to check the configuration. The product was well packed in good packing and i recived the desktop without a single scrath or any sort of damaged . i had few bad experience from vendor from vadodara , they do give configuration which we order, and also their service are just very very poor.  But Techcure  service was one of the best , and what i really liked it their prompt reply even if we do whatapp they revert back very soon. All the best to Techcure Team for making my desktop as per my configuration, and all the best for their future. I give them 10/10 and would love to work with them in future too. If anybody from is planning to buy it desktop or gaming PC dont buy from Nehru Place rather then buy it from Techcure, their price are much more lower . i have compared the prices even on online platform, but techcure price is very low compare to all the online platform.

Recently I purchased my system for trading purpose. Personally we visited the shop before purchasing. We were informed every detail of every part in system and what's needed & what's not. They explained everything so patiently almost around 45 mins. I finalised  order and got it delivered in few days. Installation was done so methodically includes cable management. I am very happy & completely satisfied after using it.
